The new ADU2048-MP digital multi-point implementation, converts existing TDM analogue infrastructure to run over newer ultra-reliable, fault tolerant, digital fibre optic infrastructure, without the significant investement needed for a brand new TDM system.

This implementation of ADU2048-MP means greatly enhanced reliability and improved performance of TDM systems and ADU2048-MP has achieved this through the removal and reliance on many miles of track side copper wire and amplifier transmission equipment.

The new digital system is now independent of weather and/or environmental conditions.
